Lately, we have been working on an Industrial project that has many challenges to tackle!
It is located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh with a total of 18,000sq.ft build-up area. Keeping in mind this Industrial project is designed as per Industrial and Commerce Development Guidelines and has been applied for a Green rating. Our main focus is to ensure our designs have met the standards and regulations of Green building ratings and also to ensure our clients get advantages over having a green-rated project which provides allowances from the Government.

This site is in Nellore a total of 2100sq. feet.
In a neutral color of white and birch wood brown. The facade mostly has White paint, Wooden textures, and reflective glasses. White in general reflects heat and the intensity of heat entering the building is lesser. Provided with Wood, this particular is treated and coated with paint to reflect the heat and the harsh rays. This building has also achieved an IGBC rating.
All the elements found are vertically aligned since it only has the ground floor. This verticality makes the residence look like a wider mass.

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
This Residentsl building is 1800sq ft. and is Green rated practice.
It has been inculcated with materials that are sustainable and locally will be sourced. Both the exterior and Interior were thoroughly analyzed to achieve a green rating.
The wall will be constructed using ACC Block and is coated with Texture paint, this reflects the light and the LRV value is greater than 45 deg. So the total thermal value is less than 0.34W/ m-k.

This farmhouse is designed for a client whose main concern was to be sustainable.
This 2100 sq.ft area farmhouse has its facade made of thermally insulated blocks to protect and withstand the heat from the surroundings. This particular building has achieved a silver rating from IGBC. It is energy and water efficient. It has solar panels to make up most of its electricity. And we have made the site a place to reuse its energy to safeguard the environment surrounding it.

Scientists link record-breaking hurricane season to climate crisis
Evidence is not so much in the number of tropical storms the Atlantic has seen, but in their strength, intensity and rainfall.

Paddling in a canoe through the flood waters left by Hurricane Eta in his rural village near the north coast of Honduras, Adán Herrera took stock of the damage.

Climate scientists say that this year’s record-breaking hurricane season and the “unprecedented” double blow for Central America has a clear link to the climate crisis.

“In a 36-hour period [Eta] went from a depression to a very strong category 4,” said Bob Bunting, CEO of the non-profit Climate Adaptation Center. “That is just not normal. Probably it was the fastest spin up from a depression to a major hurricane in history.”

About 40% of the Amazon rainforest's current area may enter a path of no return and become savannah at the end of this century, say researchers from Holland, Sweden.

The researchers used computer models and data analysis to estimate climate change, especially in relation to precipitation level.

According to the researchers, when the amount of rain falls below a certain limit, the forest can no longer return moisture, making the passage to savannah practically irreversible.

The objective was to help predict how current forests can be affected by changes in rainfall patterns caused by greenhouse gases.

At first, we merely fantasised our ideas. With pretty much, the least clue we stepped onto our venture.

Honestly, that was a real feel-good experience to have attempted something that was always running through our minds, and boom!

Life is both complicated and very simple for me here in Kiribati.

Sea level rise is a serious threat to the low-lying islands of the Republic of Kiribati in the central Pacific Ocean. To fight it, their president recently announced he plans to raise the islands to make them habitable as long as possible.

President Taneti Maamau will seek support from China for this ambitious strategy, and recently switched his nation’s allegiance from Taiwan to China to make this happen. It’s a bold move, considering China’s sights are set on military and economic expansion across the Pacific region, yet Maamau insists on maintaining Kiribati’s independence.
