The Proverbs were written by Solomon out of divine wisdom. It was imparted to him from on high. It was imparted to him because he was the son of David, who was the King of Israel. Though Solomon became a backslider at the very end of his life due to his love towards all the strange women he had known, yet God gave him wisdom just because he was the son of David, to whom God had given wonderful promises. David, who was recognized as the King of Israel, was a man after God’s own heart. The key word of the Proverbs is “wisdom and instruction." Wisdom is given of God to those who seek it, whereas instruction is learned from the Word. We should not only learn it but also follow it. Solomon had received wisdom and instruction, but did not follow “instruction." Instruction is defined as “chastisements, reproof, warning, rebuke, doctrine, disciple, correction." Wisdom without instruction is very dangerous. In our day, many serve God in His vineyard through wisdom, but seldom abide by instruction. We get wisdom as we seek it from God. We get instruction as we meditate upon the Word. We should know wisdom and instruction. We know wisdom because it is given of God. We know instruction because we learn it out of His word.

Kisses

“Let Him kiss me with the kisses of His mouth: for thy love is better than wine” begins the bride in verse 2 of Chapter 1 of the Song of Songs, with a great longing in her heart for her Beloved whose presence was long lost by her because of her unfaithfulness.If a disciple of Christ has backslidden or has lost the footsteps of his Master on his pilgrimage upon this earth, he has to cry out unto God for his restoration and to crave for the sweet words of love and comfort from Christ, because His love is better than wine. Oh, he must yearn for His kisses, which spiritually mean the words of love that come to him from Christ, the eternal Word. At all costs, a backsliding but repentant disciple has to be restored, not merely by words of judgment but by words of love. For instance, the prodigal son (who is symbolical of the children of God who, on enticement by the Vanity Fair of this world, have sneaked into it from their original House of God) was not condemned but was kissed and embraced by his loving father. When a backsliding child of God flees from the presence of God, the blessed Holy Spirit trails him and kisses him through the Word of God. A backsliding disciple was kissed by the Holy Spirit when his attention was drawn to the crucifix of a Catholic Church which he happened to pass by accidentally. He was thus convinced of his backsliding.

And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs; for they are spirits of demons (Rev.16:3). Today, we find unleashing of frog like evil spirits that deceive us. Let us not allow such spirits to invade our houses. These spirits are unclean spirits which enter our lives surreptitiously through the spirit of the Satan in trinity. Do not watch any television program which presents another "christ". God sends upon us a deluding influence so that we may be judged as we believe a lie.

I watched a Christian television program in Tamil in which a child and her mother were interviewed on her little daughter's seeing the vision of Christ. This little girl was shown dancing in a hysteria in the house on seeing the vision. She also encountered the Satan in the room and she has reportedly commanded the devil to be burnt in fire. The little girl was exhorted in the television interview TO WATCH ONLY THIS TELEVISION. She has claimed to have visited the heaven and seen the Lord.

What is the guarantee that this girl had seen the Christ of the gospels in her vision? Now this girl would be tempted to seek the visions of Christ in her life for everything and her faith life would be doomed in due course.

Is it not the great deception of our children being exhorted to see another "jesus"?

Normally, as Christian parents, we ask our children to memorize scriptures and not to encourage them to encounter spiritual experiences.

I request my Christian friends in Tamil Nadu not to encourage their children to spend their time watching television programs like this. The young minds should be sown with the seeds of faith through the Word of God.

பிரியமானவர்களே !

நாம் கிரகிக்கக் கூடாத, அதாவது நமது அறிவுக்கு எட்டாத, நமது சிந்தைகளுக்கும், விளங்குதலுக்கும் அப்பாற்பட்ட மிகப்பெரிய காரியங்களை நம் வாழ்க்கையில் செய்கிறவர் நம்முடைய தேவன்.

”என்னை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடு, அப்பொழுது நான் உனக்கு உத்தரவு கொடுத்து, நீ அறியாததும் உனக்கு எட்டாததுமான பெரிய காரியங்களை உனக்கு அறிவிப்பேன்”என்று எரேமியா 33:3-ல் கர்த்தர் கூறியிருப்பதைக் காணமுடிகிறது.

புதிய எற்பாட்டில், லூக்கா 1-ம்அதிகாரத்தில், குழந்தை பாக்கியமின்றி வயதுசென்றவர்களாயிருந்த சகரியா-எலிசபெத்து தம்பதியரின் வாழ்க்கையில், கர்த்தர் ஒரு அதிசயத்தை செய்து, எலிசபெத்து ஒரு புத்திரனைப் பெற்றெடுக்க அருள்செய்தார் .

இந்த உலகம் கொடிய சூழ்நிலையிலும், அழிவின் பாதையிலும் சென்று கொண்டிருந்தாலும், நாம் பாதுகாவலுடன் இருப்பதை எண்ணிப் பார்க்கும்போது அவைகள் எத்தனை ஆச்சரியமாகவும், அதிசயமாகவும் இருக்கிறது.

யோபு, “ஆராய்ந்து முடியாத பெரிய காரியங்களையும், எண்ணிமுடியாத அதிசயங்களையும் அவர் செய்கிறார்” என்று யோபு 5:9-ல் சொல்லி இருப்பதைப் பார்க்கிறோம்.

நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையில் தேவன் நம்மை இரட்சித்திருப்பதே மிகப்| பெரிய அதிசயம். ஆண்டவர் நம்மிடம் என்ன சொல்லுகிறாரோ அதற்கு அப்படியே கீழ்ப்படிவோம்.

தேவனுக்குப் பிரியமாய் வாழ்ந்து, அவருடைய அன்பில் நிலைத்திருக்க நம்மை அர்ப்பணிப்போம். கர்த்தர் நாம் நினைப்பதற்கும், எதிர்பார்ப்பதற்கும் மேலான அதிசயங்களை நமக்கு செய்து நம்மை சந்தோஷப்படுத்துவார்.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY :

Sometimes God closes doors even when we are being obedient, but it's only because He has something better for you! Do not become bitter and negative, trust Him!

Keep pressing towards your destination as the Lord is with you. You will indeed reach it. Though your journey is delayed, yet you will reach your destination. Prevailing prayer is the vehicle that carries you. Faith is the sign board on your way to destination. Of course, you have to stop at red signals. Red signal is not the hindrance but to relax. In our life, we are perplexed on seeing the red signals. The red signal has to give its way to the green signal.

That miracle you’re getting ready to receive is God’s response to your faith.

Something amazing is about to happen 💞

We all have situations that look dead, dreams that we’ve given up on, promises that seem too late. God is saying, “I’m going to bring dead things back to life.” There are going to be turnarounds that leave you in awe. You left defeated, but you’re going to come back victorious. You thought your business was dead, but God is about to surprise you. Increase is coming; favor is coming; new clients are coming. You thought that you’d have to live with that sickness, just manage that depression. No, a turnaround is coming. God is about to do something out of the ordinary, something supernatural. You’re going to be in awe, amazed at the goodness of God.

What you think is the ultimate blessing, God showing out in your life, you haven’t seen anything yet. That’s just a step in what God is about to do. He has levels you’ve never fathomed, opportunity far and beyond what you can imagine. You may have seen His blessings in the past. You can say, like me, that God has been good to you, but you haven’t touched the surface of what He has in store. The Scripture says, “We haven’t seen, heard, or imagined the amazing things God has for those that love Him.” [1 Corinthians 2:9].

Proverbs says, “A man may plan his ways, but God directs his steps.” God is going to give you the right desires, at the right time, and lead you into the best path for your life. You don’t have to live stressed, “Is this the right decision, should I go here, is this my will or God’s will?” You can stay in peace knowing that because you’ve committed your ways to God, He’s in control of your desires. You wouldn’t be feeling that impression, you wouldn’t be having that longing if He wasn’t leading you in that direction.

*IN JESUS ALMIGHTY NAME I DECLARE & DECREE* that I will ask God for big things in my life. I will pray bold prayers and expect big and believe big. I will ask God to bring to pass those hidden dreams that are deep in my heart. If certain promises don’t look like they will happen, I will not be intimidated and give up. I will pray with boldness, expecting God to show Himself strong, knowing that nothing is too difficult for Him.

God puts the puzzles together in your life one by one so that His perfect plan may be fulfilled. The waiting time is intended by God to prepare you for taking over the great responsibility.

Don't quit as you are a few meters away from the promised land

*IN JESUS ALMIGHTY NAME I DECLARE & DECREE* it is not too late to accomplish everything God has placed in my heart. I have not missed my window of opportunity. God has moments of favor in my future. He is preparing me right now because He is about to release a special grace to help me accomplish that dream. This is my time. This is my moment. I receive it today!

You are coming into a Kairos moment, a special time of favor to do what you couldn’t do, to go where you couldn’t go. Time is of the essence. The longer you wait, the less passion you are going to feel, the less likely you will be to do it. Don’t put it off; it’s an opportune moment. It’s not months, or years, it’s a window of time, a passing opportunity. Unless you grab hold of it, stretch your faith, make changes, you will miss your moment.

When you make up your mind that no matter what life deals your way you're going to stay calm and in peace, all the forces of darkness cannot keep you from your destiny.

Have confidence in the unmerited favor of Jesus and He will cause you to be positioned at the right place at the right time for success.

WORTH THE WAIT

Psalm 37:7 - Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways...

One reason we get in a hurry and make bad decisions is that we think we're falling behind. Our friend is getting married, our coworker got promoted, our neighbor moved into a new house. We feel we're being left out and need to make things happen. Some people feel they have to compromise themselves to keep a relationship or get a position. If you have to compromise your values, it's never right and will only lead to harm.

What God has put your name on is not going to go to anyone else. What belongs to you will not go to another person. Don't be impatient for God to act. Keep a good attitude, keep growing, keep passing the test. What God has for you is on the way. You're being prepared for what God has prepared for you. The reason it's taken so long is that it's going to be much bigger and more fulfilling than you thought. When you see what God does, you're going to say it was worth the wait.

It’s not too late to become all you were created to be. God hasn’t forgotten about the dreams He put in your heart. You’re not running out of time; you’re running into time. God is ordering your steps. Opportunities that didn’t happen years earlier, you didn’t miss them; it wasn’t the right time. The door had to close; it was all setting you up for the best. God saves the best for next.

Isaiah, Chapter 49

23. Kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. They will bow down before you with their faces to the ground; they will lick the dust at your feet. Then you will know that I am the LORD; those who hope in me will not be disappointed."

People not known to you will bow down before you with their faces to the ground and they will lick the dust at your feet when God honours you.
