The Arabic word for water is Moya and as soon as you enter our property, you'll know exactly why we have chosen to call it "Villa Moya". Our balconies and terraces have a calming view of the sea in the distance on one side, and the refreshing and inviting swimming pool on the other. The beach is a short 2 minute walk from our doorstep and is just as peaceful as can be, away from the crowds and noise. Children and adults can enjoy the luxury of our swimming pool in complete privacy and we also offer a variety of well maintained pool toys and floaties available on request. Our lush garden is an ideal spot to appreciate a beautiful sunset and the evening breeze with a cup of tea. Whether you enjoy catching a breathtaking sunrise over the sea or star gazing, our terrace balcony is sure to set the right ambience for you.

If you find yourself feeling beat down by the unforgiving Chennai sun during the day, we have lots of options to keep you cool and entertained in our fully air conditioned indoors as well. We also have a fun collection of family board games and playing cards. For the couch potatoes and sports enthusiasts, we have a luxurious air conditioned media room complete with recliners and Dish TV connection to enjoy your TV time.

Inside our home, you'll find 4 large spacious air conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. Our kitchen is fully functional with a fridge, microwave and stove as well as some basic staples that have been stocked for your convenience. We also have a washing machine available on the property.

The nearest supermarket is a short drive away from the property, as are several eateries. In our kitchen, you'll also find that we have provided some menus and pamphlets of restaurants that offer home delivery should you require it. The area is also well served by Food Delivery agents such as Swiggy and Zomato.
