Eureka School alumni children had the most amazing time at the Unleash Your Magic workshop last weekend!
Giada Bono, patron of Eureka School, weaved together the 2-day workshop, with a lot of thought and care. Gruppo Sella & Centrico employees as well as alumni came together to make this workshop a success! There were sessions on resourcefulness, the power of habits, growth mindset, problem solving, importance of nutrition & fitness, yoga and internet safety.

For the 70 students who participated, this was a great opportunity to prepare themselves for the school year ahead. It allowed them to have a fun time, while also learning new things about themselves. This workshop was a starting point to help children find their passion in life and pursue their dreams, no matter what obstacles they face along the way.

Children were super nostalgic to return to Eureka School and meet all their primary school teachers. The workshop finished with a bang – a fantastic magic show that evoked absolute thrill among all the children.

We are very grateful to all the resource persons who did an amazing job!

Satish Rajarathnam, for the mind-blowing magic show, KK, Karikalan who spoke on Food & Nutrition, Srinivasagopal Raman, for the thoughtful session on self-awareness, Dr. Bhuvaneswari, Yoga teacher, Vinay Sinha who enlightened kids on cyber safety, Sudhakar Ramamurthy for his session on ChatGPT and Giada Bono, who conceived this workshop. Padma Mani for ensuring that children got a lovely workshop pack!

Thanking Mr. Srinivas Lingam, CEO Centrico India who honoured the Class 10 & 12 toppers along with Balaji Sampath, Founder, Aid India.
And a special loud shout out to all the Eureka School teachers for doing what they do, so wonderfully!

Since the classes happen on Zoom platform, we were able to connect selected students even from hilly regions with spotty network connection like Jawadhu Hills and Kalvarayan Hills. For the students without their own gadgets, we have also provided them with electronic tabs to make sure all the children benefit from this opportunity. The teachers have been imparting education in various curricular and co-curricular concepts to the children which has bridged the existing learning disparity in a sustainable manner over the last two years.
