Technology plays a pivotal role in enhancing inclusivity and accessibility for individuals and underrepresented communities by providing tools and platforms that accommodate diverse needs and perspectives. We can advocate for inclusion in various facets of our life, including our communities and workplaces.

Cultural mindset, linguistic diversity, religious diversities, and other factors can pose significant barriers to inclusivity. However, with education, awareness, and proactive efforts, we can overcome these challenges. Embracing diversity, fostering open communication, promoting cultural competence, and implementing inclusive policies and practices are essential steps towards breaking down these barriers.

It was an honor for Kala Balasundaram, Founder Trustee, ALERT to be a panelist at the 'Inspire Inclusion' discussion organized by the Women of Ford (Finance) - WOFF Ford Motor Company. The insightful conversation, alongside esteemed co-panelists Mr.Srikanth Ramanathan, Ms.Yota Baron, and Ms.Kamala Selvam, shed light on strategies to promote inclusivity in the workplace and beyond.

Ms.Gangapriya Chakraverti, Mr.Sreenivasan Janakiraman, Ms.Thanuja Balaji, Ms.Sweety J***y, and the Women of Ford (Finance) - FBS & WOFF were also part of the discussions and we are happy for the association with Ford as a major hand in promoting the mission of Saving Lives through the project "Go Further in Saving Lives".

The iconic Malar Hospitals is back as MGM Malar !

The state of the art emergency department was inaugurated in the August presence of Thiru J M H Aassan Maulaana MLA - Velachery as the esteemed Chief Guest and Ms. Kala Balasundaram, Founder Trustee,ALERT as the distinguished Guest of Honour.

With this, Adyar gets its landmark back ! Chennai adds strength to save lives !

Students to Warriors, 52 alert VoICEs!!!

We are extremely glad to announce that yet another VoICE training was conducted for college students in Coimbatore with support from Ford Motor Company under the CSR project and 52 students graduated as alert VoICEs.

The students were from PSGCAS Nehru College. Coimbatore Karpagam Academy of Higher Education Kumaraguru College of Technology and Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts & Science. The students attended the 2 days intensive training program, underwent the assessment with Emergency department doctor from and have successfully graduated as alert VoICEs.

On the way to make Coimbatore a safe city during medical emergencies, we have 52 more responsible next gen who can act at the right time to save a life.

Yet another entry!! This time it is Avichi College of Arts and Science.

We are excited to announce that ALERT has signed an ALERT Golden Army MoU with Avichi College of Arts and Science to establish the ALERT Golden Army Chapter! This initiative will train students to become Golden Army Warriors, equipped with life-saving skills to respond to medical emergencies on campus and in the community.
The MoU was signed by the College Principal Dr. Bhuma Natesan and our Cofounder Mr. Rajesh R Trivedi. The MoU signing and exchange was done in the presence of Mr. AVM K Shanmugam, Secretary, Avichi College of Arts and Science.

Together, we're creating a network of heroes ready to make a difference when it matters most!

Empower a Women, Empower a Generation!

When 1000+ girls of Valliammal College for Women was empowered, it created a key for them to grow up and influence their generation in good deeds. These girls were trained in First aid and Emergency Response by our trainer Karalmarks R and it was an exciting session with new techniques learned by the students.
Lets create a student generation who are responsible when it comes to medical emergencies and who are ready to act during such instances.

When students of Patrician College of Arts and Science came in to support the campaign in the Adyar signal during peak hour in a day, it was nothing less than a delight to see youngsters supporting causes like this. We have better and responsible future citizens among us.

When students of Kumararani Meena Muthiah College of Arts & Science came in to support the campaign in the signal near Adyar Cancer Institute during peak hour in a day, it was nothing less than a delight to see youngsters supporting causes like this. We have better and responsible future citizens among us.
