India bakery show hosts it's annual exhibition at the Chennai trade center, Nandambakkam. Was there today as an artist at the Magic colours spot for a quick demo and had the pleasure of meeting few lovely people, all of them surprising me - the beautiful ladies in the group picture are my students, all budding bakers. Was moved when I got to know one of them travelled 150 kms just to meet me in person. Yet another surprise was getting to see the entrepreneurial side of my friend Anjana; it was just there I knew of her venture and it left me thrilled.

The exhibition hosts a plethora of commercial baking stuff, nevertheless doesn't disappoint the homebaking enthusiast either. If you are in mood for a good baking shopping spree you should check it out. Tomorrow is the last day.

Be true to what matters most to your heart. In the end it's all that really matters..
