1996 - 1999: The Group expands its operations in Chennai, Trichy, Nanguneri. Business focus is on development of large scale residential projects and housing plots.
2005: Mr. K.A.S.Ramdoss, is a Managing Director and Proprietor of R.P. Builders and Property Developers. His background includes a B.E., with distinction from Anna University, Chennai, an MBA from IIT Chennai and a short stint as a management consultant advising MNCs on their entry strategy in India.
2007: Residential projects in chennai Gopalapuram, Ashok Nagar, KK Nagar, completed around 2,50,000 sq. ft.
