Job description:
1. Handling payroll and attendance.
2. Managing inventory and vendors.
3. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
4. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
5. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
6. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
7. Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
8. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
9. Coordinating the interview process with Recruitment Team.
10. Good communication skills

B.COM /ANY Graduate having 1 to 5 yrs. experience.
1. Managing daily books of accounts inventory.
2. Preparation of cash book, bank, journals supplier invoice
3. Reconciliation of statements.
4. Managing bank transaction activities
5. Knowledge and preparation of financial statements and reporting.
6. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
7. Good Knowledge and exposure in Tally ERP9 and Knowledge of GST.
8. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. Accounting & financial reporting principles & practices, also good with numbers & figures.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To support company’s marketing strategies, brand building and marketing plans
2. Must be able to incorporate relevant inputs and prepare an annual marketing plan by conducting research
3. Identify market segments, define and execute marketing strategies.
4. Coordinate with external agencies for generating sales promotional material
5. Conduct market research through site visits, competitor strategy analysis and comparative studies
6. Conduct market analysis based on market research to develop pricing and product development & differentiation strategies for VANTAGE
7. Prepare marketing presentation for investors, corporate and fund companies
8. Prepare brochures/flyer/email/floor plans / standees and all other marketing material in consultation with management and media / ad agencies
9. Making all arrangements for project launches including all collaterals required at site such as hoardings, corporate and project related branding.
10. Coordinating between management to make a marketing program and budget
11. Monitor marketing program viz. Email promotion, SMS, phone calls, brokers, day camps at IT Parks, online advertising, overseas advertising, participating in property fairs etc.
12. Start and monitor online social marketing programme through facebook/twitter etc and develop a strong online digital presence in terms of advertising, SEO and social media.
13. Organise events on handing over flats for customers. Coordinate same with Engineering department.
14. Manage sales and marketing schedules
15. Create and manage content on website
16. Monitor and register all in/out entries from all sites, marketing leads from websites and ads
17. Execute green initiatives, corporate initiatives and all marketing initiatives
18. Purchase and manage all marketing collaterals and ensure adequate stocks are maintained

Candidate Profile

1. Graduate
2. Male / Female
3. English medium schooled from 1st to 12th standard
4. Excellent English written, spoken and comprehension / communication skills
5. Competent in computing skills - MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer, PPP, Corel Draw
6. Must have min. 2-5 years in real estate marketing in a builders office
7. Prior experience in real estate field will be an added advantage
8. Quality of thinking to be structured and problem solving.
9. Must have strong ex*****on capability
