Give a man a fish & you feed him for a day, *Teach him how to fish & you feed him for a lifetime"...* SKAL Club of Coimbatore has participated in this wonderful CSR activity, Village Service Project with an endeavour towards human consciousness.... imparting information and knowledge through its various programs & activities....it has defied borders and reached people at the grassroot level...the primary aim being the transformation of the underdeveloped villages into cleaner, greener, healthier and peaceful place where people can live a life rich in experience....SKAL Club takes pride to have had a vital role with an Iconic brand WCSC, in this transformation wherein 200 villagers have benefited by this Project...WCSC- - VSP is a non religious and non profitable organization working continuously to Improvise, Adapt and Overcome all roadblocks

It was indeed a proud moment for the members of the Young Skal Club assembling together for a dynamic session on Revenue Management....this subject of learning is not included in college curriculum & is rarely taught....it's significant as it helps students to deal with problems of perishable inventory, fixed costs, varied demands to achieve higher revenues.... National President Sk. Carl Vaz address was truly motivating in this maiden meet....though only 20 members out of total 42 could be present, while others were busy with their internship schedule in different cities, which was quite encouraging....the Talent show organized by Ms. Priyadarshini was entertaining....the entire agenda hosted by President Sk. D. Charles Fabian, followed by a delectable High Tea was a great success.

SKAL Club Coimbatore along with SIHRA in association with TN Tourism Department organised a Tourism Stakeholders meet at The Residency Towers, Coimbatore on 23rd July. Dr B Chandramohan, IAS, Principle Secretary, Tourism, Thiru Sandeep Nanduri, IAS, Director Tourism, Dr.G.S. Sameeran IAS, District Collector Coimbatore, Thiru Thakare Shubham Dnyandeorao IAS, Pollachi Sub Collector , Thiru Senthil Vallavan, Airport Director Coimbatore & Thiru T.Aravintha Kumar , Tourist Officer Coimbatore , graced the occasion and had a very proactive interaction with the Stakeholders. Our Members from Nilgiris, Valparai, Pollachi, Salem, and around Coimbatore participated in the discussion and highlighted the potential in their region. Our sincere thanks to Secretary, Director, and Tourism Department.
