ದಾವನಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಚನ್ನಗಿರಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕ ಕೆ. ಮಾಡಾಳ್ ವಿರೂಪಾಕ್ಷಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಲಂಚ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಬಲೆಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬೀಳುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಾಸಕರ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಯಕರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಬಲರಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದರ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ಗುಟ್ಟು ರಟ್ಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರಕಾರ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಮು ದ್ವೇಷವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತಿ ಸ್ವತಃ ಶಾಸಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಲೂಟುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಮತ ನೀಡಿದ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ರಕ್ತ ಹೀರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದೀಗ ಲಂಚ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವಾಗ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಾಸಕ ಮಾಡಾಳ್ ವಿರೂಪಾಕ್ಷಪ್ಪ ಪುತ್ರನನ್ನು ತನಿಖೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ದಾಖಲೆ ರಹಿತ ಹಣದ ಮೂಲ ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸಕ ಮಾಡಾಳ್ ವಿರೂಪಾಕ್ಷಪ್ಪ ನೈತಿಕ ಹೊಣೆ ಹೊತ್ತು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವೆಲ್ಫೇರ್ ಪಾರ್ಟಿ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ನಿಜಾಮುದ್ದೀನ್ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

It formulates an ethical framework to sustain the organizational development and to maintain straight forwardness in every action.

Fraternity Movement focuses on striving towards a socio-political order based on Justice and Fraternity. The movement organizes the students and youth for preparing a future democracy which would be founded on equal consideration and mutual regard. It is the name of democratic and creative engagements to build a new India where the last one of the queue also has attained the equal rights.
