Also called ‘Service Technician’, the Field Technician provides after sale support services to customers, typically, at their premises. The Individual at work is responsible for attending to customer complaints, installing new connections, troubleshooting system problems and, configuring hardware equipment such as ONU, Wifi router, access points, printers and other related networking devices, must know how to use Splicing machine and OTDR.
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
Process payments and refunds.
Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
Update account status records and collection efforts.
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Comfortable working with targets
Patience and ability to manage stress
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in negotiation
Problem-solving skills
High school diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Skills - Splicing, Line Man, Installation, Broadband, Fiber optical, Field Engineer, OTDR.
Need helper for broadband connection installation, line man, cabling, cable laying.
Must be a team player and hardworking.
