Graphitized Diamond. Graphitization is one of the treatment which is done on low clarity diamond which contains many 'Feathers'; in other words surface reaching cracks (SRC's). In graphitization process, only temperature is given to the diamond without pressure. By this, surface of cracks gets converted into graphite which results in black color concentration along cracks/feathers. The diamond which was I3 clarity gets converted into a black diamond.

A CO2 bubble in a Natural Unheated Blue Sapphire (Part-1). Glass-Filled Sapphire. Now-a-days, Glass filling is very common in Corundum(s) whether it is a Sapphire or a Ruby. Glass filling is done to enhance color and clarity of the stone which can be identified by Color Concentration along with Gas Bubbles in surface reaching cracks which is shown in the pictures shared. Glass Filling in Diamond is very common and is done generally in low clarity diamonds which can be easily detected by looking at the feathers in a diamond. Blue or purple color flashes will be visible along the Feathers. Sometimes, trapped gas bubbles can also be seen.
