When it comes to absorbing energy, I am very conscious.

What you watch, what you read becomes a part of your personality and you start vibrating at that frequency which eventually gives a signal to the universe to give you more of it. In simple terms- you manifest more of it!

Be choosy what you watch, what you read, what you do because that's going to become your reality.

While 83 is not a just a movie for me, I learnt a lot of lessons which I shared with all of you!

I could have been partying somewhere, listening to some gossips from people, could have been absorbing news of what is going wrong in the world etc.. but!
But!
But!

What did I consciously choose?
I chose to absorb some positive energy which raises my vibe:)

Important points to remember -

1. When you seperate yourself from the situation, you see at it from a third party perspective ✨

2. When you seperate other person from the situation, you start taking away the power from your current/3D reality with that person.

3. Don't rush. Taking time before going back to initiate communication again is IMPORTANT as it helps in changing vibrations from hurt, anger and disappointment to understanding, love and peace 🕊️

4. You cannot control other person's perspective. So, listen and respond when they say, what didn't go right according to them. Apologise if they express hurt, anger and disappointment 😞

5. Choose words that does not imply "blame", "anger", "hurt" etc.

6. Think positive about them and focus on the good they have done for you. (You attract more of what you focus on)

Stop scrolling ❌ and right here in this moment, ask yourself what is your "SELF CONCEPT" ?

My "Self Concept" had a real shake in 2017 when I believed people who had no "Self Concept" and the people I was hanging out with, passed on their "Self Concept" of unworthiness, insecurities and confusion to me.

It came to a dead end in 2019 when I had it enough and decided to walk away from such relationships and friendships that show up only to demean me or belittle me.

I went through a major hit on my self confidence and started feeling lost until I decided I need to get hold of myself as no one is going to save me but me.

Slowly, I started my journey of self love from the scratch. I changed my "Self Concept" from "Unworthy" to "Worthy", "Victim" to "Warrior", "Hurt" to "Healed", "Made fun of" to be "loved", "Broken" to "Brave". Ofcourse, the inner work was not a cake walk. It involved numerous break downs but I kept going.

How you look at yourself determines your reality and if you pity yourself, doubt yourself, question yourself then your "Self Concept" needs to be changed.

I have a confession to make 🤭

"Manifestation" is a lifestyle, not a technique ✅

I visualised myself "where I would be when I am 25" and boom "I was exactly there" .

It was a great journey inwards. How I stepped into my own power and kept moving on even after all the struggles. How I was my only companion and I refused to accept my then "Current Reality".

Fun fact - I had everything in my life before I even knew - there is any such law of attraction 🧲 that gets us everything we ask for.

What I manifested?
- Multiple businesses
- Money
- Specific opportunities
- Fan moment with someone who recognised me in a public place.
- Accolades and awards
- Public recognition through Interviews on TV and radio.
- Invitation a$ "Guest of Honor"

All I did was this 👇
- Asked the universe
- Believed in myself
- Prepared myself to receive.

To prepare myself to "receive"-
1. I kept my thoughts in check ✅
2. Changed my thoughts to something positive ✅
3. Asked myself how would I feel when I will have it all and this always reminded me "WHY" 💪
4. Removed the time frame and it happened exactly when I wanted it to happen - at 25years of age 🥺🥲

For the universe, everything is possible and when I say, "EVERYTHING", I mean it. You are the "master" of your destiny 🙂🌸

All that it requires is -
1. Identify the blockages ( it could be anything- past experiences, fears, low confidence, surroundings, failure etc)

2. Work on removing them.

3. Take inspired actions and the universe will take one step towards you too 🎉💫🌺

8. I played badminton till national level and represented my School/college on different levels. I have won various awards too.

9. I am not foodie but I like cafe hopping just for the sake of the ambience.

10. For me, love is everything 🤗

11. I recovered from major anxiety where it was difficult to breathe and sleep and helped my own self.

12. I like interacting with strangers and learning about their what their life looks like in person away from the one shown on social media.

13. I love meaningful conversations with friends and family.

14. I am always ready to learn and challenge myself by taking the uncomfortable decisions.

The "Intention" is the energy you send to the universe as to what you want to create. A missing intention is a danger sign.

Last year, when I came one on one with this term "Law of Attraction", I was amazed that I was consciously creating my life all through these years.

I became more aware that it is actually proven for me and it is nothing I doubt.

All throughout the last two years, I consciously invested my energy in my desires and felt good about them even before receiving it. The vibrational frequency has to be clear as that is how the universe understands what you desire.

Beware of the concept "Everyone is you pushed out"🧐

We all are one- The law of Oneness

Everyone you meet is a version of you. I am not lying. How?
Here's how!
Everyone we meet is a version of us who we used to be, we are in our present state or someone we aspire to become.

Example 1- You meet someone who is cribbing about love. If you are spiritually aligned and grown from the place of self hatred, you will be self aware that it is your past version. If you conform to it, it is your present version (like attract likes)

Example 2- You aspire to be a millionaire. You meet someone who tells you that it is possible irrespective of resources and that is the reflection of you again who aspire to be a millionaire. You also meet someone who makes fun of you because your 3D does not confirm to who you aspire to be. That is the version of you - who once limited his/her own beliefs.

We are all one- just different versions.
