UPDATE ON TODAY'S VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT – ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU – AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE SERVICES (DSS), ABUJA, WHERE HE IS STILL BEING ILLEGALLY AND UNCONSTITUTIONALLY DETAINED IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT:

We visited our indefatigable Client – Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu - today, being the 8th day of May 2023, at the DSS Headquarters, Abuja, to brief him on the Thursday's scheduled hearing of appeal in his matter before the Supreme Court.

Onyendu was also briefed on the level of preparedness by our legal team, ably led by the Man of Letters, the legal iroko of our time, Prof Mike Ozekome, SAN. Onyendu was delighted to learn that all "t's" have been crossed, and "i's" dotted, while awaiting the final legal fireworks expected to ensue in three days time.

Other important highlights related to our professional engagements and briefs remain private.

Onyendu used the opportunity offered by the visit to once again remind Ezigbo UmuChineke on the compelling need to remain vigilant and focused, particularly at this critical time.

Please note that your prayers and supplications to the Almighty ChukwuOkike Abiama are of paramount significance now. Be rest assured that there is light at the end of the tunnel and the hour has come!

Furthermore, Onyendu implores Ezigbo UmuChineke to continue to abide by your peaceful conduct as you have unrelentingly demonstrated.

UPDATE ON OUR TODAY'S VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT – ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE SERVICES (DSS), ABUJA, WHERE HE IS STILL BEING ILLEGALLY AND UNCONSTITUTIONALLY DETAINED IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT:

I visited our indefatigable Client - Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, today, being the 9th day of January, 2023, at the DSS detention facility, Abuja, where he is still being unconstitutionally held in solitary confinement.

The legal team spent greater part of the holidays working discretely on compelling legal engagements that will ensure/enhance the freedom of Onyendu. Hence, this is our first meeting with Onyendu in the new year.

I had fruitful briefings regarding the latest positive update on the hearing of our appeal before the Supreme Court, kudos to the efforts of our erudite Lead Counsel – Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN. However, the details remain private and will be made public in due time.

Onyendu reiterated his confidence and optimism on the ability of our legal team, eminently led by the legal Iroko – Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, to beat the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) to their game.

Again, Onyendu lamented that for the past nine (9) days, the detaining authority (DSS) has refused to avail him of his prescribed medication for heart/chest burn, which delay is extremely harmful to his health. Since all channel of complaints to the detaining authority (DSS) has been closed, we have no other option than to always go public to ventilate our grievances with their unlawful activities with respect to their management of Onyendu, and to consequently demand that Onyendu’s full medication, prescribed for the management of his deteriorating health condition be administered immediately and without further ado.

Though, our erudite lead counsel – Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, immediately swung into action to press for the needful to be done without further ado, it is important to point out that only few weeks ago, a cash sum of N1,000,000.00 (One Million Naira only) was made available to the DSS by our Lead Counsel – Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, to specifically be applied for the medical needs, and routine meals of Onyendu. Unfortunately, the detaining authority (DSS) refused to accept the money, insisting that they have all it takes to cater to Onyendu‘s medical needs and routine meals.

It therefore begs the following questions, to wit: why can’t the DSS take up this statutory obligation of providing for Onyendu’s medical needs? Why can’t they provide him with these all important medications, critical to his health? Why are they still detaining Onyendu while mischievously refusing to cater to his medical needs?
What is the justification in detaining Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is merely agitating for the self determination of the biafran people, and who had been discharged and his further detention prohibited by the Court of Appeal, meanwhile, the Federal Government of Nigeria is releasing terrorists into the society?

We are therefore, calling on the Foreign Governments and Agencies, to strongly note the deteriorating state of Onyendu’s medical condition, and to prevail on the Nigerian Government to simply obey the Order/Judgment of the Court of Appeal that directed for the unconditional and immediate release of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, which judgment further prohibited the DSS from further detaining Onyendu.

In conclusion of the exclusive visit, Onyendu, specially requested for his goodwill and New Year message be extended to you all, Ezigbo UmuChineke, as he specially conveys his prayers for a better tomorrow for us all.

Onyendu’s prayers is that the New Year will be fulfilling and fruitful in every dimension of the struggle for the emancipation of his people. He continues to urge Ezigbo UmuChineke to remain resolute, firm and law abiding as you have always demonstrated.

Onyendu remains profoundly grateful for the outpouring of prayers from Ezigbo UmuChineke, particularly during the Yuletide. Be assured that they are not taken for granted. He is indeed very appreciative.

NIGERIA SECURITY AGENCIES ARE THE UNKNOWN GUNMEN TERRORISING IGBO LAND- IPOB.

We the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership and command of Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU condemn the massacring of Biafra citizens by Nigeria Government's compromised Security Agencies while deceiving the public that the killers are unknown gunmen and IPOB.

Nigeria Government and its compromised Security Agencies has made this year's Christmas season a season of human harvest, of killings, and displacement of peaceful Igbo communites. Nigeria Security Agencies target Igbo youths who returned home for Christmas for massacre just to portray Igbo land as unsafe. All the killings of Ndigbo and displacement of communities were done by Nigeria Security Agencies and Government sponsored Ebubeagu, who later blame it on unknown gunmen and ESN operatives. Nigeria is killing Biafrans.

Some of these Fulanized Security Agencies recently went to a bar in Anambra village and murdered without mercy about 50 youths who were celebrating New Year in their community and later claimed it was unknown gunmen. This is to tell you that the Fulani terrorists in Nigeria Army uniforms are responsible for all the killings in every community in Biafraland. Nigeria Security Agencies are the Unknown gunmen terrorising Igbo land.

We knew the Fulani terrorist government of Nigeria is conducting ethnic cleansing, an agenda they have had against Ndigbo for a long time, but their evil agenda will always fail. As it failed between 1967-1970, so shall it fail again and again because we are here to defend our land and our existence. There is no longer insecurity in the South Eastern Region, but Fulani dominated Security in Nigeria is carrying out ethnic cleansing agenda against Ndigbo. The Nigeria Government and its Security think they can eradicate Ndigbo in the space we occupy today, not knowing that God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama would not allow them to succeed

Nigerian soldiers are doing banditry in the East, claiming to be unknown gunmen. A few days ago, Nigeria Army moved into Okigwe villages and murdered some persons and forced people to desert their communites this festive season. The world has kept quiet and allowed these terrorists to make life hail for our people. The same hypocrites who are silent now should not blame us when we start responding in the same way to the terrorist security agencies. We have waited for these marauding soldiers to be called to order, and we may not continue to watch while innocent blood of our people is being wasted daily.

We are calling the attention of International Community, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch Organisations, American Government, Russia Government, Germany Government, UK Government, United Nations Human Rights Organisations, Israeli Government, Canadian Government, French Government and all the Diplomatic Missions in Abuja to the ethnic cleansing agenda happening in Biafra Land particularly in Igbo Land.

STOP SPILLING BLOOD OF INNOCENT CITIZENS FOR YOUR DIRTY POLITICS- IPOB*

We the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably lead by Onyendu, Mazi Nnamdi KANU condemn the ongoing attacks by the Nigeria Security Agencies and Ebubeagu militia against civilians in peaceful Communities in Okigwe Provence of Imo State since one week.

The Nigeria Army, Police, and Ebubeagu invaded Aku, Umulolo, and Ihube Communities in Okigwe LGA last week, killing people, abducting innocent citizens, and burning down properties. The surviving residents have abandoned their homes for the fear of being abducted or shot dead. We are not pleased with what Hope Uzodinma and his collaborators have turned peaceful Imo State into. We don't understand what Imo indigenes did to Hope Uzodinma and his political rivals that warrants these reckless killings and destruction from the man who claims to be a governor.

We find what is happening very distasteful and distressing. Imo people are dying every day and night under the supervision of Vampire Hope Uzodinma.
We are aware that many politicians in Imo State, the likes of Emeka Ihedioha, Ifeanyi Ararume, Rochas Okorocha, and many others contributed in the insecurity in Imo State because of the political fighting and power struggle that emanated from illegal imposition of Hope Uzodinma as Governor by the Nigeria Supreme Court.

IPOB intelligence unit intercepted the political conspiracy against the imposed Supreme Court Governor.
These men hired armed militias from Niger Delta to do their bidding. In turn, Hope Uzodinma hired and recruited some militants from the same Niger Delta territory his fulanized Ebubeagu militia. These rival political armed groups have turned peaceful Imo State into a war zone.

As these polititcians fight their political rivals, the Nigeria Government capitalize on it to blackmail IPOB. Anytime Nigeria Security agents attack the camps of these political thugs and make an arrested, they are paraded, and they are told to claim to be working for IPOB or ESN as a bargain for lesser punishment or for a softer landing. In the process of attacking these political criminal camps, neighboring communites are razed and innocent people killed by invading terrorists soldiers. We know that the Nigeria government and her compromised security agencies are humiliating our people to spite and show hate for Mazi Nnamdi KANU and the Biafra struggle. Unfortunately, to them, our people understand the truth and the gimmicks of our enemies.

We are calling on these cannibals in Imo State to stop their power tussle to avoid spreading sponsored insecurity to other States in Biafraland. IPOB will never be happy with them because they have not only empoverished our people but also have killed a lot of people.

The killings going on in Okigwe may escalate if they don't stop it.
We want to let them know, especially Hope Uzodinma, that no matter what they do, they can not kill every Imo State indigene and will never succeed in handing over any part of Biafra land to the janjaweeds.

The Nigeria Terrorists invaded Ihube, Aku, and Umulolo in Okigwe LGA of Imo State in the last one week, killing innocent villagers and burning people's properties. Nigeria soldiers always leave behind the same footprints like Fulani terrorists anytime they invade and attack any community in Biafra land. They leave tears and blood with ashes of burnt properties.

Nnamdi Kanu, an individual is currently detained in Nigeria for exercising his human right duties while Human Rights organizations in Nigeria are busy campaigning for 2023 election and are getting paid by the government. This is terrible, Nigeria is now turned upside down and things now work in the opposite direction. I wouldn't be surprised if I see men getting pregnant and breastfeeding their babies in Nigeria.

The struggle

We can play with every other thing, but we must never play with our media. Media is the energy of this struggle. I am very grateful to our major media personnels and every media department that stood strong during this government attack on the IPOB leadership and the structure of this struggle built by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The real strength of IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are those who understand that the refusal to listen to him and obey his orders and instruction means destroying him.

Those who rejecting the ploy of the enemies and stood firm till this movement, am very proud of you, starting from every principal officer and every member of IPOB under Mazi Nnamdi Kanu…. We have defeated Nigeria and their agents. Their plan was to see IPOB destroyed, the plan of Nigeria government was to see people disobey the IPOB leadership and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu so the government will meet him in DSS dungeon and tell him that IPOB has fallen, they will tell him that IPOB no longer listens to his directives and orders.

DSS will tell Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that IPOB said he is in DSS dungeon hence won’t listen to someone who is DSS dungeon. The DSS will boast to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that they have succeeded in planted their agents as IPOB new leader hence they won’t take instruction from him again rather their new agent. Yes, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu told the DSS and Nigeria govt that IPOB movement is the most disciplined movement in the world that Nigeria government does not have what it takes to destroy IPOB.

Just like the biblical job that God approved Satan to go and test his faith, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu told Nigeria government that he has so much confidence in the heart of the IPOB. Like biblical job, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu assigned the Nigeria govt to go and test the faith and resilience of IPOB. During the attack against Job, he lost so many things including his children, the same way IPOB lost some feeble minded comrades to the agent of Satan(Nigeria).

Satan tried all his best but could not succeed in pe*****ted the heart of Job, the same way Satan tried but could not pe*****te the heart of IPOB(DOS) Everything is becoming so real that I just remember the word of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. (DO NOT ALLOW SATAN TO ENTER YOU. Not that he allowed Satan entered him, he is the real Satan against IPOB.)

Today I can hit my chest and say that IPOB has come out victoriously from the attack of Nigeria government. I will never stop thanking the IPOB faithfuls who stood behind the IPOB leadership to fight Nigeria government and their plans to destroy the heart of this struggle. My appreciation also goes to none IPOB members who also understood the plans of Nigeria govt and continue to speak and encourage IPOB family members and the leadership never to deviate from the orders and instruction of the IPOB movement.

Some of you doesn’t understand that we fought a heavy funded agent of government and we came out viciously.
It is not over, don’t stop writing about Biafra and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, don’t stop talking on Radio Biafra, don’t stop discussing Biafra and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. We have overcome their plan. Our yesterday’s tweet was a colossal damage to their lies sold to America. They underrated our Tuesday tweet. I have never seen something so powerful like our Tuesday tweet campaign.

Yesterday’s tweet campaign was a destroyer to their lies to America. They succeeded in winning the heart of international community in 1967/1970 because we had no media. Today their lies will never see the light of the day because people like us are still in this struggle.

Some minor errors we should correct during protest.

Protest is not where to dance in happiness
Protest is not where to sing different songs that is not connected to the reason you are protesting
Protest is not time for prayers
If you want to protest you must have you placards and banners, and your reason for protest boldly written on them.
Make sure media captures most of this things written on your placards and banners.
Do not sing or dance with your megaphone rather use your mega phone to continuously speak on the reason for your protest.
Do not be distracted while in the rally because camera might catch you laughing or joking with your brother, sister, friends which will possibly send wrong signal the protesters are not that serious.

If you are protesting for injustice, suppression, marginalisation, killing or any unfavorable government attitude towards you/your people, you must show sign of seriousness in your behaviours and the manner you conduct yourself because it sends a serious signal to the public.

If you are joining a protest, always reflect on the some of the reasons you are protesting, it will give you the energy you need to boldly protest and seek justice .

NOTE: After the protest, make sure you post the pictures and the videos you covered during the protest on facebook and twitter.. Do not keep them in your phones, it will not serve the purpose of the protest on your phone. You can send them on forums also. ...DO NOT KEEP THEM TO YOURSELF ALONE.
