Did you know, the melting point of chocolate is around 30 to 32 degrees Celsius. This is why chocolate remains solid in room temperature but melts when put in our mouths. ‘Melt-in-mouth’ can also be a way to judge if the chocolate you’re eating is of good quality or not.
