Housewife turned Entrepreneur

There is a big gender gap in entrepreneurship in the country. Only around 14 percent of businesses run in India were owned or run by women and of these 90 per cent were micro-enterprises, according to the 2014 Economic Survey. More recent official data has been hard to come by.

To start a business you don't need to invest a lot, but you certainly need to be interested in the work that you are going to do". This is a statement by Anjali Mewara, a simple housewife from Jodhpur City of Rajasthan. She is now a successful entrepreneur.

Anjali started with her own flat in Noida, she started approaching society groups and ladies groups on digital social media platforms and turned most in favor by delivering the quality and cost benefit products.
