इस अनमोल और बेहतरीन तेल को बनाने के लिए आपको 5 चीजों की जरूरत होगी, जो आसानी से उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं। जानिए कौन सी 5 चीजें है -
1 लहसुन की कलियां - 6 से 7
2 ताजा कटा हुआ आंवला - 2 से 3
3 कटा हुआ प्याज - 1 छोटा
4 अरंडी का तेल यानि कैस्टर ऑइल - 3 चम्मच
5 नारियल का तेल - 4 चम्मच
इन 5 चीजों को मिलाकर आप आसानी से इन तेल को बना सकते हैं। लेकिन इसे बनाना कैसे है, अब यह भी जान लीजिए -
विधि‍ - सबसे पहले एक कटोरी में नारियल तेल और अरंडी के तेल को मिक्स कर लीजिए। अब तेल के इस मिश्रण में कटे हुए लहसुन, प्याज और आंवला डालें और इस मिश्रण को धीमी आंच पर लगभग 5 मिनट तक पकाएं। अब इसे आंच से हटा लें और कम से कम 1 घंटे तक इन सभी चीजों को तेल में ही रहने दें। हो गया आपका तेल तैयार।
इस तेल को नियमित रूप से बालों में लगाने पर, बालों का झड़ना भी कम होगा और झड़ चुके बालों के कारण अगर सिर की त्वचा दिखाई देने लगी है, तो नए बालों से वह भी ढंक जाएगी। इसके अलावा बालों का घनापन बढ़ाने के लिए भी यह तेल बेहद फायदेमंद साबित होगा।
