While the global leaders are looking towards India. This morning we opened the doors to H.E. Ms. Adriana Marรญa Mira de Pereira, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, El Salvador for deliberations on food and beverage sector.
Minister was accompanied by H.E. Mr. Guillermo Rubio Funes, Ambassador of El Salvador to India; Mr. Eduardo Alfonso Garcia Grande, Director of Economic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ms. Ivonne Bonilla, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of El Salvador; and Mr. Dagoberto Alfaro, Communications Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The show continued to offer several novelties and we are still on the road to offering more to the Indian market.
Government of India, Joint Secretary DADH and FSSAI kept encouraging us - giving us full confidence in what we do and demonstrating their support to businesses. The images do speak volumes and the official number of visitors demonstrates a robust picture - the number of visitors crossed the 120,000 mark this year.
All we can say is we are humbled and BRAVO to all our exhibitors and team FIFI!!! Until next year and to all the action in between ๐๐ป

: Our 13th Annual celebration that encapsulates the authentic essence of India F&B trade as an amalgamation. We were honored to have attendance and backing from all stakeholders, comprised of importers, retailers, chefs, government administrators, global representatives, and others in the food industry in India. Heartfelt thanks to our Chief Guest G Kamala Rao, CEO , FSSAI Food Safety and Standards Authority of India & High Commissioner of Canada H.E. Cameron MacKay for opening the doors to his residence enabling us to host this vast networking event and three cheers to the FIFI team and Canadian HC team.
: Day 2 at AAHAR 2023 started with the inauguration of the USDA pavilion by A/Ambassador of the U.S. Embassy Ms. Elizabeth Jones and a visit by Deputy High Commissioner of South Africa to India, Cedrick Crowley.
Further, the day had several dignitaries walking the FIFI arena including Director Standards FSSAI Dr. Amit Sharma; Reliance retail team led by Mr. Avinash Tripathi; Owner of Benzer Foods Mumbai Ms. Bhakti Benzer; Founder of Nuts n Spices, Chennai Mr. Sunil Sanklecha; Chef Rakhee Vaswani; Chef Saby; Chef Vaibhav Bhargav; Chef Nishant Chaubey; Chef Bharat Alagh; Chef Rajeev Goyal; Chef Bharat Alagh; and others.
The aisle space at the was buzzing with visitors, tasting sessions, chef demonstrations, pre-aligned and impromptu meetings, lucky draws, and several other activities.
The U.S. Department of Agricultureโs information booth under the tagline was inaugurated by Acting Ambassador Ms. Elizabeth Jones while she was accompanied by USDA India team Mr. Mariano Beillard (Senior Agricultural Attachรฉ), Mr. Mark Rosmann (Agricultural Attachรฉ), Ms. Shivani Pandey, Ms. Shruti Bhopal, Ms. Mona Kapoor, and others.
The USDA presence was supported by seven cooperator representatives like Cranberry Marketing Committee; USA Highbush Blueberry Council; Almond Board of California; California Walnut Commission; Oregon Hazelnut; USA Poultry and Egg Export Council and the USA Dry Pea & Lentil Council.

: Day 1 - on the opening day, attendees were met with a magnanimous event that encompassed industrial experts, representatives, and other stakeholders from all around the world. The first day of the exhibition was not simply ceremonial but presented many opportunities for insightful business conversations.

: North East Food Show 2022, FIFI members and stakeholders continue to explore the untouched possibilities in the seven sister states. We in association with the Government of Meghalaya and SIAL Paris attended North East Food Show 2022, in full force. This noticeable attendance from FIFI members and colleagues from the international community (๐ป๐ณ ๐ณ๐ต ๐ช๐บ ๐ต๐ฑ ๐จ๐ฑ ๐ฌ๐ง ๐ฆ๐น ) is a testimony to the fact that the region holds tremendous potential, which is yet to be explored. The administration by the team of CM Conrad Sangma has clearly demonstrated their willingness to bring the region to the mainstream and we proudly support his vision.

We are totally humbled by the reaction we have received from the broader industry stakeholders for the exhibitors in the FIFI International Pavilion area.
Whose and who of the sector and literally from several geographies of country turned up and expressed interest in working closely with the FIFI exhibitors.
Furthermore, thankful yet again to the FSSAI team for their robust support to our annual engagement.
We are grateful to all concerned and look forward to continued and meaningful interactions.
Day 3 at
Parading for more than 12,000 steps a day, meeting with stakeholders from all parts of the country, and visit from international representatives if what AAHAR does to you.
Also, it bought all key members from core team for a group picture, which indeed is heartwarming for us. Beyond routine business a special shout-out, based on pouring complements for Mr. Sandeep Kumar and Ms Saumya Goyal, was given by the FIFI board members.
As a rare occurrence we were accompanied by entire core team including Mr Pankaj Singhal, Mr Rakesh Banga, Mr Manoj Duggar, Mr Uday Chugh, Mr Risabh Asrani, Mr Puneet Gupta, Mr Amit Lohani, Mr Sanjey Bajoria, Mr Sanjay Jain, Mr Ashish Dubey, Mr Dhiraj Dama, Mr Nicholas Paul, and Mr Madhukar Johar.

What an honor to be accompanied by the representatives of so many countries and prominent Indian businesses gathered here under one roof. This is proof of how well India is received in the global bilateral community.

FIFI pavilion was inaugurated by the CEO FSSAI Shri Arun Singhal ji who was accompanied by his colleagues including Ms. Inoshi Sharma, Executive Director, and Director Imports Dr. Amit Sharma. A visit by FSSAI senior management has been a testimony to the robust support from government agencies to industry bodies like FIFI. Further, Ms Amanda Strohan, Deputy High Commissioner Embassy of Canada, inaugurated the Canadian pavilion and walked through the FIFI pavilion. The Minister of Trade for Canada too walked the booth along with Canadian Trade Commissioner for Agricultural Affairs.
