Colonel's Kababz is the legacy of Late Col KN Kochhar popularly
known as "Kaku" Kochhar. The recipes are all original by the Late Colonel.

The Colonel had a great passion for
food and was also well known for his culinary skills while serving

kitchen at Defence Colony, in the calm and quiet environment of Som Vihar, in a food
court at a Rajouri Garden mall, fine dine at DLF City-1, Palam Vihar & Noida and the
Colonel's Kababz Xpress take away at Punjabi Bagh.
