Pre Rongali bihu celebration @ Dispur Hospitals School of Nursing

3rd year GNM students of Dispur Hospitals School of Nursing have organised a school health program at 1no. Barkhat Primary School, Sonapur as per their requirement of the course.
Also, they have provided some awareness on topics like hygiene, hand washing steps, prevention of common accidents in children, dental hygiene, prevention of infection etc. The children of that school have enjoyed the program. After the program a small refreshment was provided to all.

Celebration of Saraswati Puja 2024

Celebration of 11th Lamp Lighting and oath taking ceremony of GNM students of Dispur Hospitals School of Nursing on 9th February 2024 followed by cultural programme. On that program Chief Guest Mrs. Ellora Brahma, Registrar, Assam Nurse's Midwives and Health Visitors' Council, Guest of Honour, Mrs. Junu Sarma, Exam cell Incharge, Assam Nurse's Midwives and Health Visitors' Council, Guest of Honour, Dr. Anjali Hazarika, TNAI Secretary, Assam State Chapter was present. The program was a successful one with the co-operation of management, faculties, staff and students of DHSN.

Celebration of International yoga day 2023

Since its introduction by United Nations General Assembly in 1972 at the Stockholm Conference on the Human Environment, The World Environment Day has been celebrated globally every year on 5th June, with the purpose to promote awareness among people for the protection of the environment. The year 2023 marks the 50th birth anniversary of World Environment Day and this year the event is hosted by South African Nation of Cote d'lvoire in association with Netherlands.

Every year a specific theme is choosen for World Environment Day keeping the view that it helps driving the people to work towards that theme not just on that particular day, but throughout the remaining part of the year. This year the theme focuses on 'Solution to Plastic Pollution' under the campaign ., which highlights people's actions towards reduction of plastic pollution.
