اور لیڈر یا رہنما تو اُسے ہی کہا جا سکتا ہے جو چند دن کے مفاد کے بجائے آنے والی نسلوں کے دلوں میں زندہ رہنے کی جہدو جہد کرے۔ اس جہدو جہد میں ضروری نہیں کہ عارضی ناکامی اسے ناکام رہنما بنا دے بلکہ اس کی عارضی ناکامی شاید مستقبل کی نسلوں کو اپنا راستہ خود بنانے کا فن سکھا دے ۔ اور اگر مستقبل کی نسلیں اس کی جہدو جہد سے یہ فن سیکھ گئیں تو اس رہنما کو اس کی جہدو جہد کا صلہ مل جائے گا۔
