Duties of the role:

Site management - site-based position
Support to the site Foremen & Project Manager
Ensuring on-site works are being carried out as per contract including road, earth & service works
Delegating duties & instructing contractors on site
Organising plant & equipment
Client & stakeholder liaison
Running multiple projects throughout the Brisbane area
Preference :

Demonstrated experience with the civil construction industry - specifically around services i.e water, drainage, electrical, roads, earthworks & structures
Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or equivalent experience highly regarded
Exceptional negotiation & analytical skills
White card
Superior time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Ability to start work immediately
