1. why you choose our product or service?
2. is we need any development in our product or service?
3. if we increase this price, so will you continue with us or searching for other substitutes like us?
4. what is the best and worst thing you ever fell in our service or product?
etc...

so, why you should ask a question like this to your clients, and
answer is to detect the 'value customers' in your business who actually your unpaid promoter who is very honest and loyal with you in your journey and they never ask any money or money related thing from you

They are your 20% of customers who actually generate 80% of your revenue.
