Sabse पहले कानपुर स्टेशन से निकलते ही 3 नंबर गेट पर ही भैया मिर्च पकोड़ा बनाते है अपनी कसम उंगलियां खा जाओगे इतना स्वादिष्ट
नंबर 2 पर बगल में ही एक अंकल की khove की शुद्ध मिठाई तौल रहे थे देखते ही मुंह में पानी आ गया ।
फिर नंबर आया लस्सी का इसी गजब लस्सी का आनंद कई महीनो के बाद आया ।
डिनर के लिए यहां के लोकल फेमस तिवारी ढाबा पर फेमस 70 रुपए वाली थाली विद बटर भी कुछ कुछ ठीक ही था।

New Recipe Alert 🚨 Rajma Chawal Dosai 💕

Yes, you heard me right. Latest dosai variety from my kitchen. Protein rich, tasty and also made a variation in the way I spread them. These are ‘ No lines dosai’ if you observe them closely. They are crisp at the same time soft enough to be rolled for dosa wraps .

3/4 cup Rajma
1/4 cup rice
2 tablespoon black urad dal

Wash and soak them along with 1 bay leaf, 2-3 cloves, 1/2” cinnamon stick, 3-4 dry red chillies, 1/2”ginger over night. ( Chef tips: You can remove the spices and grind if you are not into strong flavours. You can tie them in muslim cloth potli/ bag and soak along with the rajma, remove the bag and grind) . Grind them in the morning , add salt and your Rajma Chawal batter is ready! No fermentation required. However , You can rest the batter for a few hours for fermentation too 👍🏻 Sounds interesting ?
