Somebody suggest me some reasonable courier shipping company, Till now I was using Shiprocket to courier my shipments, but now I am fed up of the daily-daily drama of weight discrepancies, this company is not flexible even with 1 Gram of weight, usually, 90% of my parcels are of 500 Gram, if they found the weight of even 501 gram, they are charging double for this shipment, yesterday Shiprocket deducted 18000+ from my Account balance, just for minute weight discrepancies of 5-10 grams.
This company and their courier partners are measuring the dimensions even in millimeters, now they are saying the shipping company calculated the dead weight and volumetric weight because of that the weight difference comes and put all the burden on the shoulders of their courier partners and deducted amount from Account Balance. I got to know from many sources every courier company has a relaxation or flexibility of up to 100 Grams.
But this company charges me double even for 5-10 gram excess weight.
Kindly give suggestions.
