My son this morning made sunny side up for breakfast this morning so the day started well after a brisk walk and exercise.
Karan is 17 and quite a foodie so when I told him about the contest....he said he would try his hand. So for the first time he attempted making noodles for me....and we turned this into a spread for the entire family. The other dishes were prepared by me...

I cook for my family everyday and today I wanted to share one of the ways I make sambar. I make my own sambar masala but I always have Sakthi in stock. It's the best you can buy readymade after the brand Chettinad.
I'm in love with coconut oil...and I've been using it for a lot of my regular cooking....healthier options especially because as a family we don't like oily food.
Im enjoying using Gaia cold pressed coconut oil for many of my dishes.
I'm really not a pro at these videos but this is humble effort towards making life interesting. Hope you enjoy it...do ask me questions if you have any ..

I've been longing to do something different, something healthy, something for diabetic patients especially because I'm one too....finally it's here...with no hidden ingredients which can spike your sugar ...
A savoury cake. It's a gourmet sandwich made with artisinal bread in the shape of a cake.
The bread is made with Kaphli wheat flour which has a very low gluten content. The bread is hand crafted with no added gluten, preservatives or bread improvers. Its egg free so cholesterol free. Contains only yeast, water, honey, salt and olive oil.
The dressings and sauces used are healthy.
Butter, mayonnaise and cream cheese is NOT used
Vegetables greens are hand plucked from an organic farm
This is absolutely a wonderful product for the health conscious and diabetics.
The vegetarian version is priced at Rs. 2800 approx 1.75 kg ( the one in the pic above ) .
For non veg lovers options are avl customizable from 3200 to 3800.
Why eat sugar free substitutes in cakes when you can enjoy a meal with a savoury cake. I for one eat a slice of normal cake with sugar when I want to ...but like to avoid sugar free substitutes.
