Hi guys. We have entered a 21 day lockdown. This is a good step by our government to break the chain of corona. As we are all working from home I hope everyone is utiising their time properly. As for the markets globally, we can see there have been massive declines. However recovery will be attained in the next coupe of months. This is the right time to invest. Pick a few sectors and diversify. Do include bio-engineering and pharmaceuticals along with consumer staples. Also go for the structured notes. Maximum returns with potentially no capital at risk. What if I told you that you could get a mortgage for as low as 3% p.a instead of 10% p.a. Think about the returns.

Before investing in property, you have to ask yourself:
