Designation : RSM/STATE HEAD/ASM/TSM

Experience : Minimum 5 years with same profile & same trade.

Responsibilities : -

1) Candidate should have experience in Mobility/Consumer Durable/Electrical Vehicle sales with Channel partners.

2) Should be able to handle channel sales to discuss and explain Solutions.

3) Monitoring channel partners
performance and motivating them to achieve.

4) Identify, plan different approaches to onboard and expand the customer base.

5) Responsible for account development, and identifying solutions. strengthens and improves the relationship with existing business.

6)Experience in Selling to partners and customers under difficult Situations.

7)Make sure the new and existing
promotions and marketing activities get implemented by updating all the part.

Package (CTO);

RSM - 12 to 15 Lacs p.a
State Head - 8 to 10 Lacs p.a
ASM - 5 to 7 Lacs p.a
