YogEssence was founded in 2014 with an aim to create a sanctuary of vitality for improving your quality of life through Yoga. Our founder, Neha Bajaj is Post Graduate Diploma holder in Yoga Sciences, M.Sc in Yoga Therapy and a Certified Pilates instructor. YogEssence offers classes for all ages and ability levels, from those who are new to Yoga to those who are looking for a more challenging Yoga practice.
