I am a big time salad lover and love eating raw edible foods to gain maximum benefits and avail their natural nutrition values just the way nature has presented it to us. 💚🥰 But one rule doesn’t apply to everyone. Some of us have a sensitive gut and might face general indigestion or other digestive disorders. If you are one of them read on…Raw Foods can cause indigestion, irritate your gut, bloat you and even lead to stomach cramps. Cook/steam/juice up your veggies, sprouts, tough fruits and raw foods to digest them easily. Avoid having these raw and even if you do chew well and have it in moderation. DM or comment below to know more on this or if you suffer from indigestion, poor gut health or related disorders. The Caffeine Effect ☕️😵‍💫If you struggle with anxiety or hypertension you might want to skip that second cup of coffee, new research suggests.☕️For some people, caffeine may help with concentration and provide an energy boost, but it can cause problems for those with general anxiety disorder or prolonged hypertension.☕️ Caffeine is not the enemy. But people should know healthy limits depending upon their individual health score and medical issues and consume it strategically because it is activating and can mimic or exacerbate the symptoms of anxiety.☕️Low doses of caffeine are in the range of 50 to 200 milligrams (mg). ☕️Consuming more than 400 mg at once may lead to feeling overstimulated and anxious, and bring on symptoms such as racing heart, nausea or abdominal pain.☕️Like and save this reel and share it to all coffee lovers you know. DM to know how coffee can hurt or help you depending upon your individual health score.☕️Cheers to good health!🤓 #dieticiansofinstagram #nutritionistindia #coffeandanxiety #healthandwellness #mentalhealthawareness #healthandfitness #dieticiansilversethi #coffeelover #gurgaonnutritionist #indiandietician #onlinedietician #customiseddietplan

Include nuts and seeds in your daily diet to maintain: ❤️Good gut health ❤️Good brain health ❤️Good bone health ❤️Good skin health ❤️Good hair health Different types of nuts and seeds have slight differences in their vitamin and mineral content, so eating a variety of nuts will increase your levels of various nutrients. Tips on how to make nuts and seeds a part of your diet include: 💚Instead of snacking on biscuit or piece of cake as a snack, have a handful of raw or dry roasted nuts. 💚Combine nuts and seeds with low-energy dense foods (such as vegetables). This is a good way to enhance vegetable-based meals – such as in Asian-style dishes or added to a saladI. 💚If you are a vegan or vegetarian, uts and seeds are a good protein substitute for meats, fish and eggs. They also contain fat, iron, zinc and niacin. You may need more than 30 grams of nuts and seeds a day to ensure adequate protein. 💚Eat them with vitamin C rich foods and add them to drinks (such as tomato, capsicum, orange and citrus juices) to boost your iron absorption. 💚There is no need to soak or remove the skin of nuts (or ‘activate’ them) unless you prefer the flavour and texture of soaked nuts. In fact, the skin of nuts is high in phytochemicals that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. 💚Roasting nuts (either dry or in oil) enhances their flavour but has little impact on their fat content. This is because nuts are physically dense and cannot absorb much oil, even if they are submerged in it. Most nuts only absorb 2% of extra fats. I source my nuts from @healthyshotz as thier quality is amazing, the packaging is good, the products are fresh and come in handy packs. Comment below or DM for customised diet schedules which are personally curated to achieve optimal health goals. #dietic Salted nuts are not recommended due to their higher sodium content – especially if you have high blood pressure. Save salted nuts for parties and make raw

Bibimbap at its best 😋😍 #foodislove Can go back all the way to ladakh for this 😋☺️ BIBIMBAP is a popular Korean dish which scores very high on nutrition due to its healthy ingredients. It is a combination of sticky rice served with fresh and stir fried vegetables, chicken or meat of your choice, seafood or egg broth, kimchi, korean sauces and condiments, all served separately... you can mix all of these together and make your own bowl depending on your preferred consistency of the ingredients. I had the yummiest Bibimbap at Amigos, a Korean restaurant at Leh during my last visit to Ladakh. It was so good that I could go all the way back to Ladakh to have this again ☺️🥰( I tried making it at home but obviously couldn't get the flavours right 😷) #bibimbap #koreanfood #customiseddietplan #dieticiansofinstagram #nutritionistindia #ladakhdiaries #traveldiaries #travelandfood #indiandietician #dietandfitness #fitnessanddiet #gurgaonnutritionist

Body pH 💙 Your body works constantly to carefully control pH levels of blood and other fluids. The body’s pH balance is also called the acid base or acid-alkaline balance. The right pH levels are needed for good health. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14. The readings are based around a pH of 7, which is neutral, like pure water. A normal blood pH level is 7.40 on a scale of 0 to 14, where 0 is the most acidic and 14 is the most basic. This value can vary slightly in either direction. In short ▶️A pH below 7 is acidic ▶️A pH higher than 7 is alkaline or basic. Si Excess sipping of hot acidic fluids like chais, coffees, spiced teas, spicy soups, tangy and citrusy drinks during winters can disturb the body ph level and create acidity , poor gut health and urinary tract related issues. We also have a tendency to feel less thirsty during winters . An easy way to tackle this is by drinking an extra litre of water during winters as water has a ph bal of 7 which is neutral and will help in restoring the balance. DM t or comment below to know more about foods that help in maintaining a healthy ph.
