Intermittent Fasting Weight Loss🔥 2 kgs down in 1 week! This new client of mine came to me after being suggested strong hormone inducing medication to regularise period cycle after ruling out pregnancy and pcod. However, my client did realise that since a couple of months she has been messing with her food intake, put on weight, her digestive system is disturbed, has been taking unnecessary stress and she might need an overall lifestyle modification. So she came to me through another patient of mine who regulated her onset of hypothyroidism through corrective eating with my guided diets without any medication. 6 kg loss in less than a month is 🔥🤩🎉 Sharing weight loss transformation of my young client based in Pune who wanted to look her fittest best for an upcoming family wedding. We didn’t have much time and I usually refuse to work on such short notice and a higher weight loss target but she is my sweet old client who lost a decent chunk of fat and gained health working along side me.Although she was happy with her progress she wanted to see if there was scope of improvement and that’s how she reconnected with me.
