Mr. Vibhav Kant Upadhyay is a development leader known for his statesmanship, macro-vision, and pragmatism. A prolific out-of-the-box thinker, he strongly believes that the current development model needs a foundational change and has dedicated his life to manifesting this thought process into tangible results through the Alternative Development Model (ADM). Vibhav’s leadership successfully catalyzed the India-Japan Global Partnership (IJGP) initiative which was announced in the year 2000 by leaders of India and Japan. He has nurtured and strengthened the strategic relationship between the two nations with relentless persuasion. This has led to mega-initiatives like the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), which was formed to re-establish the industrial culture of India. Therefore, he is widely regarded as the architect of the modern India-Japan relationship. His leadership is currently dedicated to furthering the development framework of ADM and initiatives based on it through the manifestation platforms and organizations in India, Japan, and Global Partners.

I very much wanted to share my excitement with you about the upcoming XMUN event, which is a cornerstone each school year in our Senior Programme. It provides students with the opportunity to engage in meaningful simulation based on the events that have shaped our global political landscape while promoting leadership, mental agility, and working with others to reach meaningful solutions. Furthermore, XMUN resonates harmoniously with our school's Dharmic Values and in many ways, the experiential nature of XMUN is amplified by the spirit and traditions of our school. We wish our hardworking and dedicated XMUN team all the very best in this year, and look forward to a highly stimulating and engaging event.

Presenting The Robin Hood as our Awareness Partner
The Robin Hood Army is a volunteer based, zero-funds organization that works to get surplus food from restaurants and the community to serve less fortunate people. Their “Robins” are largely students and young working professionals – everyone does this in their free time. The lesser fortunate sections of society we serve include homeless families, orphanages, patients from public hospitals, and old age homes.

Presenting Ayka- For the People as our Awareness Partner
Ayka India Trust is a youth-led nonprofit organization based in the Delhi NCR region, which has now expanded to Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. They are passionate about providing holistic education to underprivileged children. We paint murals at government schools, local NGO centers, and slum areas to spread awareness through art and create a lively environment for every child. They also conduct donation drives and fundraisers and have recently taken up social entrepreneurship-based projects to employ underprivileged women. With a strong belief in empowerment through skill-building, they strive for holistic quality education and train young students in honing their creative talents and developing important life skills through workshops and classes.
