Let your breath be your guide. Happy International Yoga Day!
This year marks the 10th International Day of Yoga, a transformative practice, representing the harmony of mind and body, the balance between thought and action, and the unity of restraint and fulfilment. It integrates the body, mind, spirit, and soul, offering a holistic approach to health and well-being that brings peace to our hectic lives. Its power to transform is what we celebrate on this special day.
Imperial Heritage School along with its stakeholders celebrated this important day with great fervour as parents and students practiced yoga in their daily routine. In the theme ‘Yoga for Self and Society,’ we incorporated ‘Yoga for Women Empowerment’, underscoring the pivotal role of yoga in empowering women globally. Through yoga, women can cultivate physical strength, mental resilience, and emotional balance, enhancing their overall well-being.
Yoga is more than a physical activity. In the words of one of its most famous practitioners, the late B. K. S. Iyengar, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
On this special day, we honor the fathers who nurture dreams and cultivate a love for learning. Your encouragement and wisdom are the cornerstones of your children's success and happiness.
To every father in the community, we celebrate your strength, patience, and unwavering commitment to your family's education and well-being.
wishes you all a joyous and blessed Father's Day! 💙
📚 Education, not exploitation. Today, on World Day Against Child Labour, we raise our voices for the millions of children around the world who deserve a brighter future. Together, we can make a difference. 🌟✊

Biodiversity is the variation among living organisms from different sources including terrestrial, marine and desert ecosystems, and the ecological complexes of which they are a part.” Biodiversity of our planet is key to human survival. There are an estimated 8.7 million species of plants and animals on Earth, but biodiversity is more than just a count of how many different types of plants and animals (species) exist in an area or on the planet. Recognizing the paramount importance of biodiversity, the United Nations designated the ‘International Day for Biological Diversity’ to raise awareness and promote action towards its conservation.
As part of this global initiative, a creative and educational endeavor was undertaken by the students of Grades V-VIII- Endangered Animal Mask Making Competition.
