My Story

Hi!

I am Shikher. I started my martial arts journey to be able to gain confidence, I sure got that and much more.

Today, I am a Black Belt 2nd dan in Karate by Sanshinkan International, Sweden. Certified with the UN conventions for Kids and Women, First Aid and CPR practitioner from American Safety and Health Institute and am Certified from University of Colorado on the Science of Exercise.

I also practice BJJ, Boxing and Strength Training and am frequently invited for martial arts and self defence seminars.
