সেপ্টেম্বর মাসের ইলেকট্রিক অফিসের কর্মচারী দ্বারা প্রাপ্ত বিল এক ধরনের ও অনলাইনে টাকা বাড়তি করে অন্য ধরনের APDCL এর এমন কাজ নিন্দনীয়, সধারণ মানুষকে বোকা বানিয়ে টাকা আত্মসাৎ ছাড়া আর কী।

বিঃদ্রঃ উক্ত বিলটি আমার নিজের, আমি আজকে অনলাইনে বিল দিতে গিয়ে এই পার্থক্য দেখি।
