The 5th AFRICAN TEA CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION led us to a platform to interact with the leading tea manufacturers in Africa.

# We were the first to put in continuous withering systems within Kenya Tea Development Agency Ltd, KTDA in 2016.

# We were the first to put in a perforated stainless steel chemical withering tank at Chepkumia Tea Factory in Kenya, the first within Africa.

# We were the first to put in a single chemical withering tank that can hold 35000 kgs without any scorching of leaf, without any temperature build-up.

# We were the first to put in a truly continuous withering system for orthodox teas in Russia, withered leaf moisture at 55% discharge from physical withering machine.

# We guarantee withered leaf moisture content of 66 to 67% (for CTC manufacture) at maximum process air temperature of 38 deg C, so the leaf temperature does not exceed 34 deg C.

# Another factory in East Africa is handling 80000 kgs of green leaf/day with only 1 worker on our continuous withering system, this is a true game-changer in the industry.

# We are the first to adopt and integrate humidification technology within the chemical withering tank, so the leaf always remains fresh and preserved during storage, as if inside a ‘cool box’.
