The Mixed Sauce Invention
It was our first day of business and we had done a trial of almost every dish in our menu. The mixed sauce pasta was one of the left out ones.
Within the first 5 orders, 1 was the Mixed Sauce pasta. I got nervous and started to wonder what to put in it. Finally took out the pan, added some olive oil and tossed the veggies in it. After that, made a mix and match of sauces and poured them in on guess and served it to the customer who was my cousin. The feedback you wonder? She scolded me to have never offered her such a tasty pasta ever before. I was astonished and thanked my senses for the ultimate mix.
Till this date, Mixed Sauce Pasta has been our best selling dish and we’ve made further changes to improve it even more. We’ve actually added more ingredients and flavoring herbs to the pasta than before which has made it even more delicious.
