72year old gentleman presented with pain in right hip and unable to bear weight on right leg after sustaining a fall at home. X ray was taken and found to have intracapsular fracture of right femur head( hip bone), hence posted for surgery and treated by using cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty and made him walk on the first post operative day.
He was able to manage his daily necessities on his own like going to the washroom.
Post-op was uneventful and discharged him on the 2nd post-op day.

Not all the fractures requires admission!
This is a 68 yr old gentleman presented to the hospital with pain, deformity and unable to use his left wrist after sustaining a fall at home.
X-ray shows distal end of the radius fracture (extra-articular) / colles fracture.
In the casualty, under local anaesthesia, by traction and counter traction, the fracture is reduced and immobilised in plaster of paris.
Check x ray shows the restoration of normal anatomy of the wrist for the good functional outcome.
Patient has hardly spent 30 min in the hospital and left home happily.

Looking for an enthusiastic person to coordinate with the doctor and the sports academies, dance academies, police training academies and other events like decathlon, marathon etc and organise meetings and brand the doctor and the hospital for any sports or exercise related queries and injuries and be in touch with them on a regular basis.
