Rotor Classifier OD3550mm height of rotor 3089 mm is used in classification of material.
The feed materials enter the mill from the fuel hopper and falls into the grinding table .the feed materials are grounded on the table by rollers .the hot primary air is directed upwards In a cyclonic or vortex type around the grinding table.the pulverised solid solid fuel is captured in this air flow and is conveyed upwards to the Classifier.the product flows upwards through the top of mill housing to classifier .depending on the fineness of each particles in the flow ,it either passes through the classifier and into the pulversed fuel outlet pipework and directed to boiler for burning or if particle size is large it returns through the grit return come and back to grinding table for further grinding .
