Job Description:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: email marketing, SEO, SEM, SMM and other web marketing strategies.
• Manage Social Media: FB, Linkedin, Twitter and Blogging to drive traffic
• Manage PPC Advertisement Campaigns on Facebook and Google Adwords.
• Responsible for improving and daily monitoring of Organic Search Rankings. Identify areas of improvement and generate recommendations for On-Page & Off-Page Optimization (Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, Link Building)
• Optimize all site components such as site architecture, page titles & descriptions, landing pages, etc.
• Monitor emerging sites and communication channels; recommend new initiatives based on these observations and points of knowledge
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Measure performance through rigorous quantitative analysis and evaluation. Generate Reports from Google Analytics.
• Track conversion rates, make improvements and achieve monthly targets
• Accountable for digital sales revenue generation along with business development

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience in managing ecommerce, SEO, SMO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Solid understanding of SEO concepts & best practices like canonicalization, search ranking factors, search friendly URLs.
• Experience with Web analytics such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
• Experience with Google Adwords.
• Expert knowledge of social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, and Reddit.
• Should be well versed with e-mail marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Good Communicating and Writing Skills, able to learn quickly and passionate about latest trends.
• Creative and able to generate innovative ideas with a solid business acumen.
• Proficiency in using new technology: Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google Web Master Tools, Google Creative SandBox, HootSuit FB/LinkedIn Insights, Twitter Analytics.
