A 50yr old male patient from U.S reported at our Denta'Glo Dental clinic for implant placement in his right upper jaw region. On CBCT examination, there was vertical ridge deficiency, with ridge height about 4.3mm. Henceforth, direct maxillary sinus lift done using xenograft and PRF as graft material with immediate implant (Biohorizon) placement done irt 16 and 14 region.
