It’s Women’s Day and we can’t help but share the incredible story of our leader Ruchika Goel, the powerhouse of Vikas Plywood!

Ruchika stepped into the family business back in 2010 when her kids reached teenage. Initially lost and disinterested at work, we didn’t yet know that she was the missing piece that would take our company to the next level.

She’s a go getter with the leadership skills of a Fortune 500 CEO, but what makes her truly special is her heart of gold. She always goes the extra mile to make sure our team feels like a family; giving flight to their dreams, and ensuring brighter futures for their children.

Fulfilling dreams is what truly makes her happy, so somewhere down the line, she turned her passion for travel into a side hustle; designing travel experiences for people that go way beyond their imagination.

Now, 14 years later, she’s not just a boss, she’s a strong mentor, a beyond loving mother, a ride or die friend, a caring big sister & a rock of a wife.

Few things are more strongly associated with Hyderabad than the famous Karachi Bakery.

To be a part of modernizing the legendary MJ Market Karachi Bakery speaks to our commitment to being woven into the heritage of Hyderabad.

Satwalekar’s Clinic - Modern Heritage.

The Satwalekars come from a lineage of doctors dating back to the Nizam era. Their family run hospital was the first private hospital in the Deccan region. The clinic had to move from the ancestral property in Old City to the more happening Jubilee Hills, all while preserving their rich family heritage.

The designer, Prianshi Sharma (), shares how she used a mix of pre-polished veneers and wall panels to create subtle layers and textures in the space - “The entrance is a harmonious blend of neutral tones. The focal point of the entrance is a striking gold sign that exudes a sense of prestige, instantly capturing the attention of passersby. Fluted panels adorn the entrance, adding a touch of classical grandeur and creating a visually captivating facade.”

Born in 1974 to Niranjan Lal and Parvati Devi, Vikas Goel immediately became the centre of his parents’ world and the inspiring force behind our company.

Vikas aka Vicky Bhai aka the GOAT (Greatest of All Time), is the kind of guy who can sell ice to Eskimos. Vicky is a people’s person through and through; he's always got a joke up his sleeve, and the remarkable quality of making everyone feel at home.

With a heart of gold and a belly filled with fire, he took over his father’s legacy to carry our humble plywood store to incredible new heights. After all, progress is in his name.
