Drinks are considered to have low calories. We thought that drinks are safe for diabetes. But not all drinks are safe to diabetes.
While having type 2 diabetes which drinks you can consume? .
👉Tea
Tea have low calories and low amounts of caffeine. You can have tea with small amounts of milk or cream. And without sugar. Tea is safe to consume and will not cause high blood sugar. 👉Coffee
Coffee also have small amounts of calories but it high comparatively high amounts of caffeine. High caffeine cause increase in hormone called cortisol. Cortisol causes into high blood sugar.
Coffee is safe to consume in moderation. Don't drink more than 2-3 cups of coffee. .
👉Beer
Beer have approximately 44 calories per 100ml with 4g of carbohydrates.
Drinking alcohol can cause a drop in blood glucose because alcohol blocks the production of glucose in the liver. Once the liver's stores of glucose are used up, a person who has drank a lot of alcohol can't make more right away, and that can lead to dangerously low blood glucose or even death.
For mixed drinks, choose calorie-free drink mixers like diet soda, club soda, diet tonic water or water.
Therefore beer is safe to consume but can cause high blood sugar due to presence of carbs and can potentially damage your liver. .

ACV have 22 calories per 100ml and carbs next to zero.
ACV Improves insulin sensitivity during a meal by 19–34% and significantly lowers blood sugar and insulin responses.
