i am sharing a case of infected nonunion of distal half tibia in young boy, treated with ilizarov. 2 osteotomies was done total duration on frame was 10 months, and 15 cm of new bone was grown

कुछ चोटों के बाद पैर काटना ही रास्ता ही शेष रह जाता हैं।
किंतु अगर यह बचाया जा सके तो ये उसके लिए जीवन पर्यन्त के अवसाद से बचाने के लिए काफ़ी है।
