1. We select Workers on the basis of their knowledge and experience from their perspective Background, For an Example – Housekeeping Worker must know how to use Vacuum Machines, Chemicals their personal grooming.
2. We have a very active training department which works very actively to find new ways, new techniques, and new methods of housekeeping. We employ our workers only after thorough and rigorous testing of their abilities and skills.
3. We do follow 5”s” principles in our training system and working methods. Some of points are given below-

4. Personal grooming of workers, telling them all the proper way of hygienic.

As a reputed company there are some terms and conditions that we need to be followed by the company we are working with to solve and better the relations between both the companies.
1. We will be responsible for the change of the workers and if there is any change in the manpower. We will provide information regarding the same.
2. We will precede the bill on every 1st of every month and request Employer Company to clear it within 7 days. If there is any problem regarding the finances employer company have to notify us one week in advance.
3. If due to any reasons there is any termination of contract with us. Employer party has to notify us 15 days in advance.
4. We will be solely responsible for the dresses of their workers.
5. We will be solely responsible for the EsI, Pf & welfare Fund Of their workers. Kindly accept the terms and conditions and provide a signed copy to us.
