सपा पार्टी के नेता मुलयाम सिंह यादव की छोटी बहू अपर्णा यादव ने बुधवार के दिन गणेश भगवान का नाम लेकर बीजेपी का दामन थाम लिया है. बीजेपी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष स्वतंत्र देव सिंह और उपमुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य की मौजूदगी में अपर्णा यादव पार्टी में शामिल हुईं. वही पार्टी के हाथ को थामने के बाद उन्होने कहा कि स्वच्छ भारत जैसे बीजेपी के अभियानों से वो हमेशा प्रभावित रही हैं.विधानसभा चुनावों से ठीक पहले छोटी बहू का भाजपा में शामिल होना समाजवादी पार्टी के लिए बड़े झटके के रूप में देखा जा रहा है. अपर्णा बिष्ट यादव मुलायम सिंह के दूसरे बेटे प्रतीक यादव की पत्नी हैं. इससे पहले 2017 विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले भी अपर्णा ने बीजेपी नेता योगी आदित्यनाथ से मुलाक़ातें की थी, जिसके बाद अटकलें लगाई जा रही थी को बीजेपी में शामिल हो सकती हैं. लेकिन 2017 की मीटिंग का नतीजा अब 2022 में निकला है.
