Remembering Desraj Kali

Sad news of the passing of Des Raj Kali, a remarkable journalist and novelist, is really shocking. His departure leaves a significant void in the world of Punjabi literature. I had the privilege of meeting him years ago during his tenure as an editor at a daily newspaper. His friendly nature and inspiring persona left a lasting impression on me.

Over time, we stayed in touch and frequently exchanged our thoughts on various subjects. The news of his demise truly saddens me. Des Raj Kali's contributions to literature and his approachable spirit will be dearly missed.
