On the 4th day of Special Campaign 2.0 for disposal of Pending Matters and cleanliness drive from 2nd October to 31st October 2022, today on 5th October 2022 cleanliness drive was conducted near Conveyor belts of Departure Hall and Arrival Hall at Jammu Airport. Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Garg, Airport Director along with AAI Staff, CISF and other stakeholders participated in this cleanliness drive and encouraged the participants to keep the area neat and clean and motivated all for the improvement of the environment in and around Jammu Airport.

Special Campaign 2.0 for disposal of Pending Matters and cleanliness drive from 2nd October to 31st October 2022 has been started today at Jammu airport by Airports Authority of India. The focus of the cleanliness awareness drive is to spread awareness about the importance of cleanliness at the airport premises. Various stakeholders of Jammu Airport under the leadership of the Airport Director participated in this cleanliness drive. On the First day area of solar panels installed on the first floor of the building was cleaned by AAI staff and other stakeholders. Speaking on the occasion Sh Sanjeev Kumar Garg, Airport Director, stated the need for a neat and clean environment in and around the airport. He emphasized that the surroundings of the Airport reflect the face and soul of the city and to keep the areas free from garbage is pertinent. He also assured that all possible help to accomplish this objective shall be extended by Airports Authority of India. Accordingly, all stakeholders were motivated to participate in this endeavour to improve the environment at Jammu airport.
On this Special day i.e. 02 October 2022 which is the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi Ji and Lal Bahadur Shastri Ji we all remembered the contribution and preaching of both great leaders.
