Promoting healthy work-life at Balark both mentally & physically is pivotal for us.

When we say our employees are our assets & our family then it is our utmost responsibility to be concerned of their well-being.

Yearly health check-ups for our employees is a must for us and was conducted this month at our premises. We are thankful to the team of doctors & medical professionals who came all the way from Rajkot for occupational health check up day at Balark.

And here comes to end our indoor games tournament'23 with prize distribution for this spring season. We congratulate all the winners.

When the season turns spring for our city/country.... it's always a season of indoor board games tournament for Balark at the start of spring every year.

This year in the month of Feb-March'23; tournament for carrom, chess & othello was held for the employees. Every staff member participated with so much of zeal & enthusiasm. We congratulate all the winners. Can't wait for this to happen next year already!! 😄

There is nothing better than to play a good sport to learn about team work and team spirit.

This month Balark conducted a inter-departmental cricket match to built up team spirit within employees as what we say in management language "Esprit de corps" :)

While, India gained it's independence officially on 15th August 1947 from British Raj, the constitution of India was formed on 26th January 1950.

Balark celebrated the 74th republic day of India by saluting the spirit of freedom and equality within our nation and feeling the sense of gratitude towards great leaders of India for making our nation that it is today🇮🇳

Just like yearly occupational health check ups; mental health check ups for our employees is equally very important for us. This month Balark conducted a session on "Mental Health Awareness" for our employees followed by one on one personal session with the expert.

Under the guidance of Dr. Sarthak Dave (MBBS, MD - Psychiatry) based in Ahmedabad, India; we at Balark conducted a survey to check the mental health of our employees followed by informative session and personal therapies for those in need.

We are grateful to Dr. Sarthak Dave for his time at Balark and providing consultancy to our employees with so much of benevolence and humility.

Just like every year, Balark continues with celebrating the vibrant tradition of hoisting our national flag on India's 75th Independence Day.

This Year was extra special with the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign by the Govt. of India. Our national Flag symbolises courage, peace, truth, growth and dharma, which is the identity of every Indian.

On this 75th anniversary of our Independence Day, We salute our Tiranga and pledge as a manufacturing unit to work with our best efforts to be a small part of nation building of the largest democracy in the world.

Responsibility areas:

- Provide functional & technical assistance as well as support for incoming queries and issues related to ERP system
- User and User rights management as well as security settings
- Respond to queries of the employees
- Provide ERP modules training to new employees
- Develop crystal report based on requirement
- Analyse issue and find bug/ defects related to ERP software
- Coordination with ERP support team on resolving the above issues

Qualifications required:

- Any degree in IT field
- 1+ year of experience in SQL Server management (Queries / Views / SPs)
- Knowledge on Crystal or any other Reporting tool (Reports, Graphs, Sub reports, Cross tab, On Demand, Drill Down)
- Understanding and application of various Reporting such as Dashboards, Alerts, Escalation, Auto Email / SMS is a must
- 1+ year experience in IT field with programming skill (Preferable)
- Prior experience in Functional & Technical support in any ERP application is added advantage
