This was an excellently executed showcase of tribal cuisine from various parts of the country. What made it unique is how got to curate and orchestrate this lunch.
it was so wonderful!
Every regional cuisine in our country is unique in its own way, yet on each of those plates everything came together, the food was the melange of different parts of our country, each dish bringing its unique flavours and distinct taste.
Yet when consumed together, they perfectly blended, so so amazing!

We need to promote our local and tribal cuisines, it's what makes us unique, all the food has history each of the dishes has a story that helps us be one with the land we are from.
For example :
Kashmir has Kahwah to keep us warm, neem rice to give us strength to work in the heat.

We all need to turn inwards and look at the amazing food that is from our own regions. They deserve just as much love as cuisines we have and enjoy from across the globe.

Cheese, salt and pepper , caramilized onions, green chillies added to the already interesting Parsee Pora (omelette).
We love to mix and create according to what you want and how you want it !
